Our Trip Planning Process & Services Offered
Do you ever find yourself overwhelmed by all of the travel choices and details? From start to finish, our ultimate goal is to work closely with you and to get to know you better! That way, we can give you that perfect travel experience. We are excited to learn more about your previous travel history, as well as your “bucket list” adventures for the future!
We start with a blank slate on each vacation proposal and we build the itinerary based on your needs and budget. We recommend destinations and places that we believe you’ll enjoy the most. Our talent and skills are found in the details, making sure your experience is stress-free and enjoyable from start to finish!
The best way for us to comprehend what your travel needs are is to get to know you. Once you fill out our Travel Planning Form, (use this form for Disney or Universal Studios vacations) it will allow us the opportunity to learn more about your travel expectations, as well as give us the ability to contact you. After we receive a completed form, we will send you a follow up email and get started on the planning process. We can either email, call or set up a meeting.
During our conversation, we will discuss your upcoming travels in more detail and we can go over any questions that you might for us.
Within a few days of our scheduled phone consult/planning call, we will present you with a handful of options that fit your dates, desires and budget.
Recommendations & Ideas
Following our call, we’ll send you our best personal recommendations and ideas that will meet your needs. We encourage you to pour a cup of coffee (or a glass of wine!) and take your time looking through the options to select your favorites.
Once you have selected your preferred options and have provided feedback to our team, we will transition the proposal to a detailed, day-by-day itinerary including each of your selections.
We then handle securing reservations to make sure your trip will go smoothly. We will go over pricing details with you, and then have you submit your deposit through our secure credit card authorization form. We handle making the deposit, as well as sending reminders to you, if/when additional payments are due. We also will prepare your digital documents before your trip.
Lastly, we meet before you leave and go over every aspect of your trip and answer any questions you may have.
Travel & Repeat
It’s finally time for your vacation! You will feel relaxed and ready to go, knowing your Sioux Empire Travel expert has taken care of all the essential details.
You will be on your way to discovering a new destination before you know it, and we will be here to ensure all of the details are in place to provide a seamless experience from start to finish.
If you do run into any trouble, you will be armed with your advisor’s personal cell phone number and can call 24/7 in case of an emergency while on your trip.
Upon returning home, we will be the first to reach out to hear all about your trip. We want to know your favorite parts of the trip, as well as receive your feedback.
